Accouting clerk

Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Under the supervision of the Executive Vice-President, the incumbent of the position is responsible for supporting the accounting technician by performing the daily tasks of the department and ensuring a close follow-up with invoices and accounts payable.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY :

  • Check and balance the credit card lot;
  • Billing of completed contracts;
  • Order office supplies;
  • Filing administrative documents in the records;
  • Enter supplier invoices in Acomba;
  • Verification of the account statements of the suppliers;
  • Respond to various requests from suppliers;
  • Reconciliation of the company's credit cards;
  • Payment to suppliers;
  • Sends account statements to customers;
  • Closing of contracts;
  • Bank and month-end reconciliation;
  • Follow-up of employee expenses;
  • Any other related tasks in support of the accounting department.

WORK SCHEDULE:

The position is full time during the day, occasionally exceeding the normal work week. Overtime is paid according to Quebec labour standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position; an asset;
  • DEP in accounting, an asset;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting;
  • Knowledge of Office software (word, excel);
  • Good priority management;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Sense of detail and meticulousness;
  • Sense of resourcefulness.

Cleaning attendant

Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the incumbent is responsible for performing all housekeeping and preventive maintenance work in our offices and warehouse.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY :

  • Wash the offices and maintain the warehouse in a clean and tidy condition;
  • Wash floors (mop, brooms, etc.);
  • Vacuuming;
  • Garbage disposal;
  • Ensure the bathrooms are clean;
  • Clean common areas, circulation areas;
  • Cleaning of trucks;

WORK SCHEDULE:

The position is part-time on a daytime schedule. Overtime is required during peak periods and is paid according to Quebec labour standards.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong sense of rigor and discernment;
  • Have initiative and autonomy;
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness;
